Generally orders will take 10-14 days to process from the date of Proof Approval and after payment. We will always try to deliver more quickly than this if it is possible.
It is sometimes possible to speed up delivery if the requirement is urgent simply by contacting us to discuss your urgent requirement. We do not charge a speedy production fee except in extreme circumstances.
Because of the nature of the doming process same day order and dispatch is not possible.
Goods which have been incorrectly ordered or do not meet your expectations can be returned to us for a full refund provided they are returned to us in good order within 4 weeks of the date of invoice. The cost of returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility.
In the unlikely event that goods are of substandard quality or incorrectly supplied, they can be returned to us for a full refund of the invoiced amount and the cost of returning goods to us.
